When is The Ruby Collection due to open?

Stage one of The Ruby Collection is due to open 1 September 2018. Stages 2 & 3 are on track for mid 2020 and the 4th and final stage by the end of 2021.

When will I be able to book a stay at The Ruby Collection?

Bookings will be made available to the general public from December 2017. Subscribe to our newsletter below to receive exclusive access to our pre-release sale two weeks prior to the general public.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is before 10am. Our reception is open 24 hours.

Do you allow pets?

We love your pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed on property.

Can I smoke on property?

Please leave your cigarettes at home! The Ruby Collection is committed to providing a smoke-free experience for our guests and we charge a $500 deodorising charge if you smoke in your room.

How can I keep up with my fitness routine?

The Ruby Collection offers a cardio gym on the 3rd floor equipped with a treadmill, bike, rowing machine, fit balls and yoga mats. It is open 24 hours for your added convenience and free of charge for use by Ruby guests only. Children and visitors are not permitted in the gym.

What form of payment do you accept?

Fees will apply for payments made by credit card as follows: 2% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard and 3% surcharge for Amex, Diners and JCB. The total cost of accommodation (or total package price) is due in full at time of check-in. You are also required to leave a copy of your credit or debit card to cover any incidentals you may incur during your stay. This is standard international hotel practice. If on check-out you elect not to settle your account the credit/debit card supplied will be charged. If you do not incur any additional charges your cash deposit will be refunded in full on check-out.
