DURING YOUR STAY
What time is Check-in / Check-out?
Check in to your room will be available from 2pm. Check out is before 10am.
Our Reception is open 24hours a day. Check-in starts from 2pm but should you arrive early you are welcome to store your luggage and enjoy our facilities prior to check in time and on the day of check out. Check out is before 10am but should you wish to delay your departure a late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability.
Do you allow smoking?
The Ruby Collection is committed to providing a smoke-free environment for both our employees and guests. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and shishas) is not permitted in any of our rooms including balconies or anywhere else within the building or property and government regulations prevent smoking in all public areas or within 5 metres of a building entrance. Any infractions of this smoking policy in rooms will incur a $500 cleaning and deodorising charge.
Are pets allowed?
Whilst we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Ruby Collection. This is for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.
Are the rooms cleaned and serviced daily?
The Ruby apartments offers a complimentary daily housekeeping service Monday to Saturday. All rooms will be refreshed with removal of rubbish, fresh towels and your bed made. On Sundays, we have a “Sleep in Sunday” initiative which gives you the option of sleeping in with no disruption. Should you wish to have your room serviced on a Sunday please contact our Ambassadors before 8pm Saturday evening to schedule the service.
*Please note to reduce our impact on the environment we only change bed linen every 4th day (or upon request) and will only replace towels when they are not hanging on the rack.
Can my friends come and visit?
The RUBY Collection has a NO PARTY policy; however, this does not mean that visitors are not welcome. Visitors are considered as family or friends not registered to the booking, visiting for short periods of time and not staying in the apartment or dwelling overnight. Visitors are welcome to join you (our guests) in using our food and beverage outlets, however access to all other areas including our gym and pool area is exclusive to our in-house guests and access to this area will require key card access.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests we request that noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am be of low volume to prevent disturbing fellow holiday makers. Drunk or disorderly, aggressive, unruly or threatening behaviours in any nature will not be tolerated. Damage to rooms will incur a fee reflective of the damage to be repaired.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Our dedicated Chefs can cater for most special dietary requests, such as vegetarian and food allergies. If you have any special dietary requests, we recommend you speak to the team on arrival or contact us at email@example.com to alleviate any concerns prior to your arrival.

Do you offer Free wifi?
Stay connected with your friends and enjoy complimentary wi-fi and USB charging points in all apartments and suites and all shared space throughout the property.
What's the Pool area like?
Take a refreshing dip in our 21m salt-water lap pool, which is heated in winter for your convenience. Relax on one of our stylish, semi-submerged pool lounges designed to keep you fresh and cool.
Our Ambassadors will be on hand throughout the day to offer you a selection of handcrafted cocktails or delicious snacks which can be enjoyed poolside or in the adjoining alfresco dining area. The littlies have not been forgotten either, with an interactive splash zone just for them. This shallow area with water spouts is perfect for the little swimmers to cool off and have some fun. Open Daily from 7am - 9pm.
Are pool towels provided?
Complimentary pool towels are provided in all apartments for guests to enjoy during their stay. You can also enjoy complimentary use of our beach and rain umbrellas while out and about exploring the Gold Coast.
